The partners
Five local heritage organisations, spread across the whole of Brabant, work together within the Van Gogh Sites Foundation. With the help of a large group of volunteers, they are committed to maintaining and making the heritage accessible to those interested. Many of these volunteers are passionate Van Gogh experts who bring Vincent’s time in Brabant to life through their stories.
Brabant Partners implements the marketing and communications policy of the Van Gogh Sites Foundation. To raise the international profile of the heritage, the foundation works closely with NBTC Holland. The Van Gogh Sites Foundation is also the initiator of and a member of the European network of heritage sites, Van Gogh Europe, and a partner in Van Gogh National Park.

Van Gogh Zundert
Vincent van Gogh was born in Zundert on 30 March 1853. In addition to its permanent exhibition, Van Gogh Zundert also displays contemporary works inspired by Van Gogh.

Van Gogh Tilburg
Vincent lived in Tilburg for around a year and a half, where he studied drawing at the HBS. Through ‘De Nieuwe Vincent’, Vincents Tekenlokaal in Tilburg’s Spoorzone runs a programme to develop talent among primary school pupils.

Van Gogh Etten-Leur
It was in Etten that Vincent van Gogh first registered as a painter in 1881. It was also here that he had his first proper drawing studio. In Etten-Leur, you can discover the Van Gogh Experience and the Sint Paulushofje Museum.

The Noordbrabants Museum
The Noordbrabants Museum houses a collection of original Van Gogh works and organises exhibitions on the painter’s life and work. Furthermore, the museum leads the team of experts responsible for enhancing the presentation of Vincent’s life story.

Van Gogh Village Museum
It was in Nuenen that Van Gogh painted his first masterpiece: *The Potato Eaters*. With its exhibition at the Van Gogh Village Museum and 24 listed buildings, Van Gogh Village Nuenen boasts the most extensive collection of Van Gogh heritage.

There are other municipalities in North Brabant with Van Gogh monuments. A number of them are committed to making the local Van Gogh heritage accessible to visitors. Although they are not yet partners in the Van Gogh Sites Foundation, collaboration is already taking place.

‘Van nature Vincent’ is an inspiring Brabant story that invites people, just like Vincent van Gogh, to see, think and act differently. By connecting nature, landscape, heritage and art, the initiative fosters creativity, awareness and a sustainable future for Brabant.
