The Van Gogh Sites Foundation is seeking support from individuals, businesses and other stakeholders to ensure that this cultural heritage can be passed on to future generations. The foundation relies on donations and gifts to achieve its aim. Every form of support is valuable. Naturally, the foundation has ANBI status.

How can I contribute?

Named funds

The Van Gogh Sites Foundation offers individuals, foundations and companies the opportunity to set up a Named Fund or to transfer existing funds and foundations to a Named Fund. With these funds, the donor can specify a cause to which the returns or the capital will be allocated.

Let Van Gogh’s legacy live on

Do you have a special connection with Vincent van Gogh and Brabant? If so, you might consider including the Van Gogh Sites Foundation in your will. In this way, you can help preserve Van Gogh’s heritage for future generations even after you have passed away. Our foundation has ANBI status, which means we are exempt from inheritance tax. Your contribution will therefore go entirely towards the cause that is important to you.

You can choose to make a bequest or a legacy. This is set out in a will drawn up by a solicitor. We’d be happy to discuss this with you and, if you wish, put you in touch with a solicitor. Would you like to link your estate to a specific project or theme? That’s also possible – even through a named fund. Please feel free to contact us for a personal, no-obligation discussion.

Become a co-owner

Share certificates in the capital of Van Gogh Sites NV offer private and public investors the opportunity to become co-owners of Van Gogh’s heritage. The purchase of at least one certificate at €1 entitles the holder to one share in the company’s capital. Each certificate is linked to a donation of €1,000.
