Strengthening Van Gogh Monuments and Cultural Heritage

Our cultural and educational programmes are aimed at increasing knowledge of, and support for, the preservation of Vincent van Gogh’s cultural heritage. Van Gogh’s themes hold great significance and relevance for the social development of the regions where Van Gogh heritage is on display and open to visitors. Reflection on contemporary social developments therefore plays a central role in the development of our programmes.

Exhibitions

The expansion and renewal of the permanent exhibitions in Zundert, Nuenen and Etten-Leur mark the first step in the development of ‘Becoming Vincent’. This initiative tells the story of Vincent van Gogh’s life and his development as an artist in a way that is both compelling and interactive for visitors.
